INFORMATION USE REQUIREMENTS

Futures Without Violence’s Information Use Requirements

Thank you for your interest in Futures Without Violence, formerly Family Violence Prevention Fund, and Futures Without Violence’s program, Coaching Boys into Men. Use of Futures Without Violence materials, campaigns, titles, information, etc. is subject to the requirements below:

Please note: “Coaching Boys into Men,” “Futures Without Violence,” and any graphics, images and logos on www.futureswithoutviolence.org, www.coachescorner.org, and corresponding collateral are trademarks or servicemarks of Futures Without Violence and owned by Futures Without Violence. The foregoing may only be used with the prior written permission of Futures Without Violence and when doing so, Futures Without Violence’s ownership and/or permission of such use must be duly noted. Please email coachescorner@futureswithoutviolence.org for permission.

Section 1. Using information provided on Futures Without Violence’s Coaching Boys into Men Web site (www.coachescorner.org) as is without modification, revision, or adaptation:

If you are using Futures Without Violence or Coaching Boys into Men assets of Futures Without Violence (“Futures Without Violence assets”), including without limitation to text on our website, in a publication, report, website or other written material, or images, audio and video clips, posters, brochures, stickers, or any other content in any context you must cite Futures Without Violence as your source. Please provide as much of the following in your citation:

Title of Web page or article;
“Futures Without Violence” as the sponsor/source;
Date the article was posted or the webpage was updated;
Specific URL of where you found information on our site, or the general URL – www.coachescorner.org;

If you will be using Futures Without Violence assets in a larger paper, publication, video, etc. please send to Futures Without Violence for approval, the paragraph which appears before and after the Futures Without Violence asset or context in which the Futures Without Violence asset appears. Furthermore, please provide the publication’s /producer’s name, author, company/organization and date of release. This information should be emailed to coachescorner@futureswithoutviolence.org, include your name, organization/affiliation, and contact information along with detail of the Futures Without Violence asset you wish to use and where and when (e.g., publish date) you request to use it.

Section 3. Altering Futures Without Violence assets:

Please note that we welcome localization and adaptation of Futures Without Violence assets. We reserve the right to approve such changes before distribution of any altered, modified or localized Futures Without Violence asset as we do not allow such changes without Futures Without Violence permission.

Please submit proposed changes to coachescorner@futureswithoutviolence.org for approval with ample time for Futures Without Violence review and include your name, organization/affiliation, and contact information along with detail of the Futures Without Violence asset you wish to use and where and when (e.g., publish date) you request to use it.

Section 4. Linking to our Website:

Futures Without Violence is pleased to have you link from your Web site to this Web site, provided that your link to this site is presented in a manner that does not give the impression that Futures Without Violence is making an express or implied endorsement of the content or service provided on your Web site, and that the link is presented in a manner that indicates that the user is leaving one site and accessing another.
